Delaware police say they have filed charges in the weekend stabbing of Ohio Wesleyan University's senior class president. Nicolas Eber is charged with attempted murder and felonious assault for allegedly stabbing and wounding Anthony Peddle in a fraternity house. Police say Eber dated Peddle's roommate and blamed him for their breakup. Peddle is scheduled to deliver the commencement address this weekend.
