The Ohio State Bar Association wants Franklin County Municipal Court Judge Amy Salerno punished for telling a jury they got a not guilty verdict wrong in the assault case against Joseph McGee last year. The Association accuses Salerno of violating judicial ethics codes by criticizing jurors, failing to promote confidence in the judiciary and failing to avoid the appearance of impropriety. The Association received six misconduct complaints. The Ohio Supreme Court's disciplinary panel will decide what if any punishment Salerno would face.
