Bond is set at 1.5 million dollars for the uncle of a slain 8-year-old boy. 23-year-old Robert Broom has pleaded not guilty to charges filed for his role in the killing Jamarion Cox earlier this month. Prosecutors say Broom he opened fire at a passing vehicle while driving with the boy. Police say the person in the passing car fired in response, killing Cox.
