OHP: Teens Killed In Clark County Crash Were Intoxicated

The State Highway Patrol used DNA testing to learn who was driving a car that crashed in Clark County in March, killing three teenagers. Troopers say 17-year-old Daniel Tittle drove into a tree at high speeds on Ridge Road. Tests also found Tittle and passengers Wesley Culpepper and Charles Luthe had alcohol in their systems.
