A family spokesperson says a Miamisburg man being detained in North Korea was on vacation as part of a tour. Attorney Tim Tepe says 56-year-old Jeffrey Fowle "loves the adventure of experiencing different cultures and seeing new places." The state-run Korean Central News Agency said Friday Fowle was being detained for acts inconsistent with a tourist visit. Tepe says he was detained for having a Bible in his hotel room.
