Work to flush criminals out of the Weinland Park neighborhood and attract new residents continues.Campus Partners - Ohio State University's development arm - used grant money yesterday to buy and shut down two carryouts on North Fourth Street. Police and Weinland Park residents say the carryouts were hotbeds for crime.
