Former Fair Treasurer To Plead Guilty To Theft Today

The former treasurer of the Franklin County Fair is preparing to plead guilty to stealing public funds.54-year-old David Brobst will be in court today to plead guilty to a theft charge. Prosecutors say Brobst stole more than 200-thousand-dollars while overseeing the Franklin County Agricultural Society's finances.
