Union County health officials are investigating reports of contaminated food at the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville.Some inmates say they found maggots in beans that were served yesterday, a week after similar claims were made about another meal. State prison officials say the inmates mistook overcooked beans for bugs, but the food-service contractor is investigating the complaints.
