Glass maker Anchor Hocking says its Lancaster plant will resume production next week following a spill of molten glass earlier this week. The company also plans to recall laid-off employees next week after their union approved a new contract with cuts to salaries and benefits. Most workers were laid off in May following the release of a report that showed the company at risk of a credit default. Anchor Hocking's parent company had threatened to shut the factory down without contract concessions.
