New Cincinnati City Manager Selected

City of Baltimore

Cincinnati officials have chosen a successor to city manager Milton Dohoney. Harry Black has been Baltimore's chief financial officer for the past two years, and is credited with fixing that city's financial woes. Mayor John Cranley says if confirmed by City Council, Black will assume the job in September. Mahoney left earlier this year to take a similar position in Phoenix, Arizona.

Jim has been with WCBE since 1996. Before that he worked as a reporter at another Columbus radio station, and for three newspapers in Southwest Florida.
