Huntington To Cut Jobs

Documents filed with federal regulators show Columbus-based Huntington Bancshares will cut 200 jobs in the Midwest as part of a reorganization plan. The job cuts are expected to be completed at the end of the month, and will save the bank 35 million dollars a year. Last month, Huntington reported a second quarter profit of 165 million dollars.
