Hearing Today For Troubled Chillicothe Police Chief

Chillicothe police chief Roger Moore is responding today to multiple allegations against him. A Loudermill Hearing is being held today for Moore, who was placed on administrative leave late last month. He is charged with intimidating public officials, committing inappropriate acts, challenging the authority of the mayor, using profanity, refusing to apologize to public officials, refusing to obey directives, and a continued pattern of disrespect of authority. Mayor Jack Everson placed Moore on leave after asking him to apologize to the Chillicothe City Schools superintendent and the Ross County Sheriff. Further details have yet to be released.
