Family Of Man Killed By Police Wants Video, Audio Recordings

Dayton Daily News

Family members of the man shot and killed by Beavercreek police at a store are asking for copies of surveillance video and communications between officers in order to get answers about what happened and possibly vindicate him. The family's attorney and the father of 22-year-old John Crawford are also asking the community to withhold judgment until the investigation of the August 5th shooting is complete. State investigators have said Crawford was shot after waiving an air rifle at customers.
