Lancaster police have filed charges in connection with Tuesday's death of a bicyclist. 22-year-old Travis Barnett is due to appear in court today to face involuntary manslaughter and other charges in the death of 51-year-old Steven Reid. Police say Reid was in an argument with a group of people on West Wheeling street, and Barnett hit him following a chase. Police say Reid fell onto the curb, causing his death. Barnett is being held on 1 million dollars bond.
