Charges are pending against a Perry County judge known for his crusades against drunken driving. Judge Dean Wilson is facing OVI and hit-skip charges in Columbus after crashing his car into a COTA bus last weekend in the Arena District. Wilson built a reputation by holding drunken driving trials at high schools to try and influence young people to drive safely.
