Former President George W. Bush will be the keynote speaker at the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation's scholarship luncheon today - the 13th anniversary of the nine-eleven attacks. Former President Bill Clinton spoke at last year's luncheon. Governor John Kasich has ordered flags flown at half-staff today. There are several other commemorative events being held today in Columbus and other communities.
