Reynoldsburg school teachers are on the picket lines this morning after another failed round of contract talks broke down late last night. The teachers' union rejected the school district's latest contract offer, meaning more than 300 substitute instructors will be in classrooms. The district is also hiring extra security guards for school buildings. The cost of the guards and substitutes is estimated at 19 thousand dollars a day. Class sizes and pay increases are among the ongoing sticking points in contract negotiations.
