Franklin County Sheriff's deputies say they have arrested three people in connection with two rapes. 18-year-old Gerardo Carrerra, 17-year-old David Pablo and 16-year-old Cortez Diaz face a host of charges, including rape and kidnapping. They are accused of kidnapping a woman off Sullivant Avenue this week and beating and raping her in a wooded area near I-270. They are also charged in a similar attack earlier this month. Deputies say the trio told investigators they wanted to have fun.
