A Marion man was sentenced yesterday to life in prison for killing his wife. 37-year-old David Shockey pleaded guilty to killing Shelly Shockey in March after luring her to the basement of their home. Prosecutors say he then tried to arrange a cover-up. Prosecutors say David Shockey wanted to carry on an affair with a young woman.
