A Whitehall man has been charged for causing a fatal crash on I-670 near Grandview Avenue early Monday. Columbus police say 21-year-old Juan Ruiz drove his car into the back of another vehicle, killing the 37-year-old male driver, and then fled the scene. The name of the driver has yet to be released.
