Police have filed additional assault, child endangering and unlawful restraint charges against a Whitehall school bus driver for his alleged mistreatment of children on his bus. 48-year-old Christopher Litostansky is due to appear in court today to face seven criminal counts. He allegedly poked a 6-year-old girl multiple times in the head with the handle of an umbrella, restrained an 11-year-old disabled boy by tying his legs with a strap, and hit that boy. Police say video recorded on the bus showed the alleged crimes.
