A Franklin County grand jury has indicted the man accused of killing a tow truck driver along a Columbus highway. 31-year-old Brian Spencer faces charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and drug possession. Bond is set at 500 thousand dollars. Columbus police say Spencer lost control on State Route 104 in September, hitting 55-year-old John Carpenter Junior at a crash scene.
