A diver who drowned while cleaning a retention pond on New Albany Road Tuesday has been identified as 23-year-old Kevin Harris of Michigan. Police say his death was accidental. Harris was working for Chicago-based U.S. Aqua Vac Incorporated, which has had two workers die on the job in the last five years. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration says the other diver died performing similar work in 2009.
