The Ohio House has approved a measure renaming a portion of Interstate 70 in Clark County in honor of a fallen state highway patrol trooper. A portion of 70 at U.S. Route 68 would be renamed the "Trooper Charles Vogel Junior Memorial Highway." Vogel died after being hit by a car while investigating a crash in the area in 1980. The bill now moves to the Ohio Senate.
