A congressional staff member will be in court today, accused of spending counterfeit money at the Cleveland Browns' home game on Sunday. Cleveland police say Veronica Brownlee exchanged fake 100-dollar bills for real ones at the stadium. Brownlee is a casework manager for Democratic Columbus-area Congresswoman Joyce Beatty.
