Mount Vernon police have identified the man killed by officers over the weekend. Police officials say 22-year-old Logan Hall was acting aggressively, damaging property and fighting inside his grandmother's Plaza Drive home when officers arrived. Police say Hall ignored officers' commands and was not subdued by the bean bag rounds fired by the officers before they shot and killed him. The police chief says the officers were not equipped with tasers. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification Investigation is probing the case, and police officials are conducting an internal investigation.
