The University of Dayton has hired a Boston University vice president as its chief financial officer following a national search. Andrew Horner will take over as vice president for finance and administrative services on January 12. Horner has been overseeing the administrative infrastructure of a research portfolio of nearly 400 million dollars at Boston University. At UD, he will oversee an annual budget of 405 million dollars, an endowment of 518 million and net assets that have reached nearly 1.5 billion dollars.
