Members of the Wetherington Golf and Country Club in Southwest Ohio say they noticed changes two years ago in a former bartender accused of threatening to poison U.S. House Speaker John Boehner. Michael Hoyt has been indicted on a charge of threatening to murder the West Chester Republican by spiking his alcoholic beverage. Hoyt was fired from the club where Boehner is a member last fall. Club member George Lang says he saw changes in Hoyt's personality after he sustained a concussion two years ago.
