Ohio Department of Taxation officials say anti-fraud efforts will delay refunds to taxpayers. Department officials say an additional fraud filter is being installed after a record number of phony tax returns were uncovered last year. It means electronically-submitted returns will take 15 days to process and paper returns will take up to a month. Some taxpayers might have to take a quiz for their return to be processed.
