Former CSRAB Director Passes Away

Funeral services are pending for the first director of the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board. 66-year-old Ron Keller died Monday following a multi-year battle with an undisclosed illness. Keller helped oversee the 121 million dollar renovation of the  Statehouse in the early 1990s, serving on the board from 1993 to 2005. Keller was an aide to former Ohio Governor Dick Celeste, former Franklin County public facilities manager, and operations director of the 1989 “Son of Heaven” art exhibit.

Jim has been with WCBE since 1996. Before that he worked as a reporter at another Columbus radio station, and for three newspapers in Southwest Florida.
