Democratic State Representative Teresa Fedor is expected to return to work next week after she sustained a concussion during a car crash in East Toledo on January 21st. Her spokesperson says Fedor has been on bed rest. The driver of the car that hit Fedor was found guilty last week of failure to yield at a stop sign and ordered to pay a 40-dollar fine.
