Caesars Sells Its Stake In Two Ohio Casinos

Rock Ohio Ventures has bought out Caesars Entertainment Corporation's 20-percent stake in the Cincinnati and Cleveland casinos to take full control of the facilities.  Caesars will continue to manage the casinos and their rewards programs.  The deal follows Caesars' recent bankruptcy filing.
