A Union County man has been indicted on charges of murdering a man in February. 29-year-old Joseph Magana is charged with killing 67-year-old Arthur Burchett at the victim's Richwood home on February 18. Prosecutors say robbery was the motive. 27-year-old Amber Parish is also charged in connection with Burchett's death.
