Former Local Teacher Pleads Not Guilty To Raping Students

A former Delaware County elementary school teacher pleaded not guilty yesterday to raping five of his students and other charges. 39-year-old Matthew Rausenberg remains in jail on 1 million dollars bond. He was indicted on 32 counts last week and resigned from Arrowhead Elementary School following his arrest.
