A former state Highway Patrol trooper was sentenced Thursday to five years in prison for forcing female motorists into sexual acts in exchange for the dropping of traffic charges. 31-year-old Bryan Lee pleaded guilty in October to four counts of violating the civil rights of the female motorists and a count of cyberstalking involving threatening messages sent to a woman pulled over twice within a month. An investigation into traffic stops performed by Lee from 2006 through October 2013 uncovered the crimes.
