A former Ohio Lottery Commission employee has been indicted on charges of stealing 115 thousand dollars in instant lottery tickets and cashing 70 thousand dollars worth of winners in 2012 and 2013. The Ohio Inspector General's office says 40-year-old David Dragelevich of Poland would keep tickets returned from an unidentified retailer, then enter in a lottery database they'd been resold and cash out winning tickets. He was indicted in 2013 on a theft in office charge in Mahoning County. That case is pending. Dragelevich resigned in January 2014.
