Marion police are searching for suspects in the beating of a man who just got out of jail after a drug raid. Police say Billy Davis was beaten and burned this week on East Farming Street, several days after he was arrested in a roundup of heroin dealers and users. Davis is hospitalized in critical condition. Police have not released a motive.
