UA Bans Tobacco Sales To People Under Age 21

Upper Arlington City Council voted last night to increase the age to legally purchase tobacco to 21, citing health problems caused by smoking. The law that takes effect in 30 days makes Upper Arlington the first city the state to ban tobacco sales to those under the age of 21.
