The National Insurance Crime Bureau reports 37-hundred vehicles were stolen in central Ohio last year, continuing a steady decrease over the past decade. Researchers say technology in newer cars makes them harder to steal. The industry group says San Francisco topped the nation in vehcile thefts last year.
