Columbus police have made two arrests in yesterday's shooting death of a teen along Sixth Street near Reeb Avenue. Police say the victim, 17-year-old Jesse Cervantez, got into an argument with several people sitting in a car. 22-year-old Dustin Parsley and 21-year-old Alexandria Bowen are charged with murder. No word on what sparked the argument.
