Former Student Enters Insanity Plea In Death Of Her Infant

Muskingum University

A former Muskingum University student has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to charges of killing  her newborn baby.  20-year-old Emile Weaver is being held on 1 million dollars bond. Prosecutors says Weaver killed the child dumped the body outside a sorority house last April.
