A Franklin County grand jury has indicted a state prison inmate on charges of sending a threatening letter containing white powder and labeled "anthrax" to a judge who presided over one of his cases. 31-year-old Sean Heisa, an inmate at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville, allegedly sent the letter to Judge Kim Brown in June.Heisa is serving a 17-year sentence for aggravated robbery and other charges.
