Hilliard residents who want to sign up for the city's new "do-not-knock" registry may begin doing so next week. A city spokesperson says a computer glich forced officials to delay registration that was to begin Thursday. The registry lists on the city's website the homes that do not want a visit from door-to-door solicitors.
