Minnesota Man Indicted For Killing Missing Columbus Woman

A Minnesota man has been indicted on first-degree murder charges in the death of a suicidal Columbus woman he met online. 39-year-old Jason Nisbit was originally charged with second-degree murder in the death of 26-year-old Chelsea Martinez last month. Prosecutors say Martinez traveled to Faribault to meet Nisbit to talk about suicide. The two later walked to a wooded area where Nisbit allegedly killed her.
