Suspect In Hilltop Torture Case Sentenced

The third man convicted of torturing a couple in a Hilltop home will spend nearly four decades behind bars.  Ivan Minor has been sentenced to 38 years in prison, the harshest penalty of any of the men charged in the case that happened last year.  Franklin County prosecutors say Minor became angry with the victims over the theft of drugs.
