A Fairfield County woman is free on a recognizance bond after pleading not guilty in the death of her husband. 40-year-old Angela Luke allegedly ran over and killed her husband, Daniel, with their car Sunday during a domestic dispute at their Bloom Township home. The second-grade teacher at Tussing Elementary School has been placed on leave.
