Hilliard police are giving credit to students and the city's "see something, say something" campaign for responding to a threat against Darby High School.
Police arrested a 16-year-old student yesterday after receiving tips that he tried to buy a gun to make good on a threat. The boy has been charged with a felony count of inducing panic.
