Suspect In Knox County Double-Homicide Indicted For Murder

Newark Advocate

The Knox County man who police say confessed to shooting and killing his mother and girlfriend while high on bath salts has been indicted on two counts of aggravated murder. 31-year-old Travis Bonham also faces charges of theft of a firearm, tampering with evidence and having a weapon under disability. Police say Bonham admitted he killed 50-year-old Sandra Stelk and 23-year-old Jaime Barber on September 29. The woman suspected of harboring Bonham during a search, 29-year-old Ashli Price, has been indicted on an obstruction of justice charge.
