The owner of a Toledo funeral home where 11 bodies were found in various states of decay has pleaded no contest to abuse of corpse charges. Robert Tate Junior also agreed to give up his funeral director's license. In late May, authorities removed bodies intended for cremation. His attorney says any delays in cremation were because doctors delayed handing over death certificates.
