Recount Shows Buckeye Valley Schools' Bond Issue Passes

The Buckeye Valley school district's 31-million-dollar bond issue passed by just two votes yesterday after a recount by the Delaware County Board of Elections.  Unofficial results on election night had the issue failing by 19 votes.  Funds from the bond issue will be used to build new elementary schools.
